Short summary: The main aim of the project is development and implementation in an innovative approach of a MOOC into the Romanian socio-cultural space based on the analysis of the training needs of educational actors.

The project sets out to improve the training of teachers by carrying out a MOOC course which integrates open access educational resources (OERs)
